1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and fb005.cc ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms apply to all use of the fb005.cc website, mobile application, games, and any related services offered by the Platform.

By completing the registration process on fb005.cc, making a deposit, or accessing any game or feature on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to comply with them. • You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from fb005.cc or any affiliated platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

3 Account Registration

Each eligible individual may register only one (1) account on fb005.cc. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering on fb005.cc, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You further agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. fb005.cc is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fb005.cc username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party.
• Log out of your fb005.cc account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify fb005.cc support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Not allow any other person to access or use your fb005.cc account under any circumstances.

fb005.cc will never request your password through any communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from fb005.cc that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

fb005.cc operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by fb005.cc may result in account suspension.

4 Deposits & Payments

fb005.cc accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposit limits may be adjusted by fb005.cc at any time and will be communicated to players through the Platform.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• fb005.cc does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits are credited to your fb005.cc account upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. fb005.cc is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• fb005.cc reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of these Terms.

All transactions on fb005.cc are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). If your payment provider processes transactions in a different currency, conversion rates and any associated fees are the responsibility of the player.

5 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of available funds from their fb005.cc account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. fb005.cc aims to process withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya within one (1) hour of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within one (1) business day.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on your fb005.cc account.
• fb005.cc reserves the right to request additional identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.
• fb005.cc reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms pending investigation.

Standard withdrawal limits apply to all fb005.cc accounts. Players who have completed full KYC verification may be eligible for enhanced withdrawal limits. Current withdrawal limits are displayed in the account cashier section of the Platform.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

fb005.cc offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses awarded on fb005.cc are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before bonus funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. fb005.cc reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time on fb005.cc, unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise.

Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will be suspended and bonus funds forfeited.
• Expiry: Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from the player's account without notice.
• Modification and Cancellation: fb005.cc reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on fb005.cc — including Demon Hunter, Fishing Expert, Table games, Mahjong Ways, Poker, Monster Dice, and Caishen Fishing — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG systems used by fb005.cc are independently tested and certified to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and not subject to manipulation by the Platform or any player.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game session on fb005.cc, the affected round may be declared void and any wagers placed during the affected round will be returned to the player's account. fb005.cc's decision regarding the outcome of any disputed game round is final.

fb005.cc is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet connectivity issues, device failures, or power interruptions on the player's side. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before commencing any game session on fb005.cc.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on fb005.cc and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. fb005.cc reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to forfeit any funds held in such accounts:

• Registering more than one account on fb005.cc, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of fb005.cc.
• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated system to interact with fb005.cc games or services in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or error in fb005.cc games or systems for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors must be reported to fb005.cc support and will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated wagering strategies.
• Using fb005.cc for any money laundering activity or any transaction that violates applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
• Accessing fb005.cc from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using a VPN or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward fb005.cc staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any fb005.cc software or system.

9 Responsible Gaming

fb005.cc is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players on the Platform. We provide a range of tools designed to help players maintain control over their gaming activity. These tools are available to all registered players at no cost and can be activated through the account settings section of fb005.cc.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their fb005.cc account. Once set, deposit limits cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fb005.cc, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the fb005.cc platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gaming activity on fb005.cc.
• Interruption or unavailability of the fb005.cc platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your fb005.cc account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any reliance on information, content, or game results displayed on the fb005.cc platform.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank.

fb005.cc's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit fb005.cc's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

fb005.cc reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being operated by an individual under 21 years of age.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, fb005.cc reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account, including both real-money funds and bonus funds, where permitted by applicable law. Where account closure is initiated by fb005.cc for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players may voluntarily close their fb005.cc account at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, and any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

13 Amendments to These Terms

fb005.cc reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, fb005.cc will notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address associated with the player's account.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of fb005.cc following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using fb005.cc and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of fb005.cc, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. Players are encouraged to contact the fb005.cc support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. fb005.cc operates in compliance with applicable PAGCOR regulations, and players may also refer complaints to PAGCOR through its official channels where the dispute falls within PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction.

Nothing in this section shall prevent fb005.cc from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
